Dave Crater, Chairman and President
The Founder and President of the Center is Dave Crater of Colorado Springs. Dave is a former Air Force officer at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado, where he worked in space and satellite operations from 1995 to 1999. He then worked for a small engineering firm contracting with the Air Force until December 2000. Between January 2001 and the summer of 2004, he worked full-time for state Rep. Dave Schultheis of northern Colorado Springs. Now back to engineering work full-time, Dave holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a 2001 graduate of the Witherspoon Fellowship at the Family Research Council in Washington, DC, a 2002 graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, and a 2003 graduate of the Witherspoon School of Law and Public Policy hosted by the Vision Forum of San Antonio, Texas. Dale "Andy" Anderson, Director
Dale Anderson currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is presently working on his bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) while offering consulting services to small local family-owned businesses in the area. He has recently resigned from the U.S. Army after spending 6 years on active duty and two years with the Colorado National Guard. From 1995-2003, Dale served the Army as an executive enlisted aid to senior military officials. He also successfully conducted extensive operational testing and integration of logistical software packages currently used in combat and worked in numerous leadership positions that awarded him meritorious honors. From 1996 to present, he has comprehensively and successfully incorporated Wayne Alderson's Theory R Management principles in both civilian and military working environments. Todd Cothran, Director
Todd Cothran currently resides in Manitou Springs, Colorado with his wife Renee and three children, David, Jonathan and Maggie Reagan. He holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and has worked for Summit Ministries of Manitou Springs since 1996, where he has served in various capacities. Todd served from 1996 - 1998 as the Summer Program Director for Summit's Youth Leadership Programs. He now serves as the Director of Curriculum and Resources where his responsibilities include the administration and development of worldview curricula for Christian elementary, middle, and high schools. Todd has spoken to thousands on such subjects as economics, moral relativism, postmodernism, and worldview analysis. He can be reached at cothran@wilberforcecenter.org.
